Founder, Rhiannon Rae Ellis knew she wanted to work in sports her entire life and started her first internship with ESPN at age 16. She worked her way through all the Miami sports teams in various departments and joined Pro Access at age 21 and become a sports agent. She was promoted to the Director of Athlete Relations within six months. At the urging of several clients, she was convinced her to start her own agency. MOVES MANAGEMENT started as an athlete representation agency and has grown into a full-service talent and brand management company. The company prides itself on maintaining longterm clients and partners that have been together since its inception. She is a graduate of Harvard University.
